Your role as a General Manager:
You will create staff schedules supervise and train staff oversee finances and pricing strategies implement company policies manage social media platforms and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Train and supervise salon personnel including hair stylists aestheticians receptionists and other support staff.
- Create staff schedules assign duties and monitor performance to ensure the salon operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback and coaching to foster a positive and motivated team.
- Ensure that all clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Develop and implement salon policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality in services.
- Manage inventory order supplies and control expenses to maintain profitability.
- Oversee and manage financials such as budgeting pricing strategies and sales goals.
- Collaborate with marketing professionals to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Plan and organize promotional events or special offers to boost salon revenue.
- Manage the salons online and social media presence to engage with the target audience and promote services.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor revenue and expenses prepare financial reports and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with the owner or senior management on financial goals and strategies.

Requirements
- A bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or other relevant fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a similar role or its equivalent.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the salon or beauty industry.
- Knowledge of salon operations including hairstyling aesthetics and related services.
- Understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Must be analytical and detail-oriented.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in IT and computer applications.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suites (Excel Word and PowerPoint).
