Accounts Receivable Officer
Location: Easten Suburbs - Perth
Full-time Permanent $85000 - $90000 Super
Are you an experienced accounts professional with strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy Joina long-established and respected industry leader as our next Accounts Receivable Officer.
In this role youll be responsible for the processing and reconciliation of accounts receivable and the production of job costing reports supporting the Senior Accountant and working closely within a small friendly finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions across all entities and subsidiaries
Prepare and reconcile job costing reports
Conduct audit analysis for assigned cost areas
Edit PLODS in the Matrix portal as required
Manage intercompany invoicing including payments on behalf of other entities
Complete general ledger and debtors ledger reconciliations
Produce monthly debtor reports including overdue accounts and recommendations for recovery
Manage debtor insurance PPSR registrations and credit limit applications
Support the accounts payable team with relief duties when required
Maintain and update relevant finance procedures

Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in accounts receivable and reconciliation
Advanced computer literacy particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Safety conscious and team-oriented approach
Current drivers licence
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical drug screen and routine health monitoring
Desirable:
Experience with VAT/GST and withholding tax processes
Familiarity with intercompany transactions and job costing systems
National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
Award: Clerks Private Sector Award (Level 3)
Reports to: Senior Accountant
