The Contextual Education Officer is the first line of communication organization and hospitality for all interactions with prospective and current students sites and supervisors. They also assist the Director of Contextual Education with designing and executing events; supporting student Contextual Education orientation registration & financial aid; vetting new sites and supervisors; accurately maintaining office records and budgets; and other programmatic support as needed.
Essential Functions include:
- Communications & Hospitality
- Event Planning & Follow Through
- Record-Keeping
- Student Services Support
- Grant Support Other duties as assigned by the Director of Contextual Education
Required Skills
Excellent organizational skills bachelors degree 1-3 years relevant experience required.
