Were looking for a Quality Manager to lead quality systems and ensure compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP standards in a high-precision CNC machining environment.
What Youll Do
- Own and maintain AS9100 & NADCAP certifications.
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and risk management initiatives.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and suppliers.
- Analyze defect data lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Provide quality training and mentor team members.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Industrial or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP requirements as Quality representative - leading audits
- Experience with metalworking processes (NDT heat treat).
- Skilled in SPC problem-solving tools and quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Required Experience and Education:
- Bachelors degree in a related technical discipline preferred OR relevant experience/certificate to replace Bachelor
- Strong knowledge in Quality Assurance and related compliance requirements in the Aerospace industry.
- Experience in metal working processes like NDT and heat treating.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methods and risk management techniques.
- Strong knowledge of AS 9100 and NADCAP system requirements and
- how to satisfy those requirements through the development of internal quality systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of SPC statistical problem-solving techniques and other quality improvement methodologies.
- Ability to effectively provide overall direction of Quality Assurance.
- Strong communications and leadership skills needed to support and/or direct
- both internal and external customers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
