Job Title: Customer Success Intern
Company Overview:
FarMart Pantry is embarking on an exciting journey to build a strong presence in the Quick Commerce E-commerce and Modern Trade spaces. We are looking for a dynamic self-driven individual who can take ownership of setting up and scaling our business on these channels from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in the growth of a new and ambitious brand.
Make daily outbound calls to buyers and suppliers of Farmart Pantry to track ongoing business operations.
Check order status delivery timelines and payment updates.
Collect feedback and report any issues delays or escalations to the internal operations team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and updates in the companys internal system.
Build and maintain good relationships with buyers and suppliers through professional and empathetic communication.
Coordinate with the sales supply chain and finance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Share regular MIS and performance reports with the management team.
UG/Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in telecalling customer service or inside sales (FMCG/Agri/E-commerce background preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
Strong follow-up documentation and coordination skills.
Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Self-motivated disciplined and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
