As a Spare Parts Coordinator you will be central to ensuring the smoothcreationanddelivery of spare parts packages for advancedlogisticssystems. From concept to final deliveryyoulltake full ownership of the process working closely with Project Execution R&Dand Service Implementation teams to ensure every detail isaccurateand on time.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
This is a dynamic hands-on role that combines organization stakeholder management and technical understanding.
Executing the daily operations and assuringtimelydelivery of quotations.
Collecting spare parts information from third-party suppliers to create complete packages.
Maintaining and processing technical and logistical data accurately in internal systems.
Proactivelyfollowingup on Spare Parts Package quotations to keep projects on track.
Identifyingopportunities for improvement and leading the implementation ofsmarter more efficient processes.
Acting as a sparring partner for the internal organization.
Drivingstructural improvements resulting in increased customer experience and improved effectiveness or efficiency.
You are our ideal candidate if you:
Have a bachelors degree inlogistics business administration engineering or comparable fields.
Bring at least 2 years of experience in coordination planning or stakeholder management roles.
Have a solid understanding of technical concepts and enjoy working with technical documentation and spare parts data.
Pay attention to detail and are familiar with how individual parts fit into a larger system.
Area natural organizer skilled at multitasking and keeping things on track.
Communicate effectively and adapt easily to different people and situations.
Enjoy learning and are motivated to continuously improve processes.
About the Team
As aSpare PartsCoordinator you will be part of the Global Spare Parts team within the Business Unit Supply.The Spare Parts department is globally responsible for the portfolio management sales planning ordering and delivery of Vanderlandes material handling spare parts.
