Anderson Auto Group is an 8 franchise auto dealer group plus a largepowersports store and a cycle shop with Sales Service Parts and Collision locations in Lincoln NE St. Joseph MO and Grand Island NE. We are scaling our marketing team and looking for a creative organized and driven Marketing Associate.

Position Summary
As a Marketing Specialist you will support the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager in executing our marketing strategy across multiple channels and stores. This role blends creativity with coordinationleading out on social media engaging with store-level employees for content supporting community events and assisting with performance reporting and manufacturer program requirements. Youll take a lead role in content creation including designing graphics producing short-form videos and bringing brand campaigns to life across digital and social platforms. Its a hands-on opportunity to develop and contribute in a fast-paced competitive automotive retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and scheduling social media content ensuring compliance with manufacturer and co-op guidelines and creating engaging visual and video assets using tools like Canva Adobe Firefly and the Adobe Creative Suite. Youll assist with PR and event planning help maintain website content and support customer-experience efforts by monitoring reviews and assisting with lifecycle and loyalty campaigns. The role also includes administrative tasks and weekly reportingcollecting marketing performance data tracking lead sources and preparing scorecards for the Marketing Director and Manager.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in marketing communications PR or related field.
1 years experience in marketing / social media / content development (auto/powersports experience a plus).
Strong creative skills in graphic design and short form video editing.
Proficiency with tools such as Canva Adobe Firefly Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
Professional writing and communication skills.
Familiarity with Google Business Profiles social media tools and basic analytics reporting (GA4 Ads).

Travel Requirements
Travel between stores/cities multiple times each month. A vehicle for city-to-city travel is provided. Weekend travel and overnight travel may be required a limited number of times each year for special events and industry conferences.
