Job Title: Marketing InternReports to: Chief Marketing Officer

Compensation: $20/ hour
Job Summary:
The Marketing Intern supports the Marketing team in executing day-to-day marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility support client engagement and strengthen the firms marketing infrastructure. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience with a focus on Social Media(LinkedIn) and Event Coordination.
Duties & Responsibilities- Supports execution of social media initiatives including drafting posts coordinating approvals and scheduling content across firm and advisor LinkedIn accounts.
- Assists with planning and execution of client and prospect events including private dinners webinars and firm-sponsored events.
- Helps prepare invitations event materials RSVP tracking and post-event follow-up communications.
- Supports website updates including posting blog content updating bios and maintaining marketing pages as needed.
Qualifications and Attributes - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications English Business or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to tone grammar and detail.
- Comfortable working with digital tools such as Microsoft Office Canva and basic website or social media platforms.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Process-oriented dependable and eager to learn.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to support a fast-paced collaborative team.
- Interest in marketing branding digital content and professional services environments.
Physical Requirements- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator copy machine and computer printer.
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
