To support its ongoing growth the company is seeking a Senior Corporate M&A Associate to join its team of experienced professionals from international corporate financial and logistics backgrounds.
Role Overview
The Senior Corporate M&A Associate will participate in M&A activities strategic projects and integration efforts. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The main objective is to support the execution and quality of transactions and contribute to long-term value creation. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the execution management and integration of M&A transactions including analysis valuation and documentation.
- Coordinating due diligence activities with internal teams and outside advisors.
- Preparing and analyzing financial models presentations and reports to support decision-making.
- Monitoring market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field
- 36 years of relevant experience in M&A investment analysis corporate development transaction advisory or corporate finance
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with transaction structuring and legal documentation
- Advanced financial modeling abilities and strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills capable of building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
