Job Summary
IN SHORT
As a Junior Events & Partnerships Specialist(80-100%) at FELFEL in Zurich you will be part of a passionate and fast-paced Marketing team that creates impactful brand experiences to drive awareness and business this role youll support the Senior Events & Partnerships Manager in organizing executing and optimizing FELFELs events and partnerships. Each event you help deliver will showcase FELFELs unique brand spirit strengthen relationships with partners and contribute directly to our commercial success.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to bring event concepts to life ensuring every detail is perfectly executed.
- Manage all on-siteeventlogisticsfromvenuescoutingandtechcheckstoensuringtheeventrunssmoothlyfromstarttofinish.
- Helpcreateeventsthatarenotonlyinspiringbut alsogeneratenewbusinessleadsandopportunities.
- Maintainclearcommunicationand strongrelationshipswithallpartnerssuppliers and internalteams.
- Supportwithcostplanning trackeventexpenses andhelpwithpost-eventreportingandanalysis.
- Keep Asanaboardsandprojecttimelinesmeticulouslyuptodatetoensureclearandefficientteamwork.
- Ensureeveryeventreflectsourbrandsvisualidentity tone andstandardsofhospitalitycreatinga memorableexperienceforguests.
- Assist the team with various offline and online marketing activities related to your events.
YOUR PROFILE
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing Hospitality or Event Management or equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a talent for thriving under pressure and ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- A sales-oriented mindset with a clear understanding of how events drive business growth and lead generation.
- Reliable structured anda strong senseof ownership for projects; youplan aheadand deliver results with care.
- Curiosity anda strong desireto learn combined with an openness to feedback and the motivation to grow within the team.
- A true team player with a talent for motivating others solving problems independently andmaintaininga positive attitude in busy times.
- Strong communicationskills in German and English (French is a big plus!).
- Non-smoker: You never smell like cigarettes anddontsmoke during the day: FELFEL is about healthy living.
- EU/EFTA or Swiss work permit.
