We are looking for a Procurement Specialist 60%(m/f/d) at our location in Fällanden.
Responsibilities
- Perform Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities in line with supplier management requirements.
- Monitor the entire supply chain within the assigned purchasing area for designated suppliers.
- Ensure accurate data maintenance in SAP and Smart Buy systems.
- Participate in handling supplier part complaints in collaboration with the Quality Department.
- Support in obtaining and evaluating quotations from suppliers.
- Prepare for goal-oriented negotiations leading to final supplier nomination.
- Optimize the supplier portfolio within the defined material group.
- Act as the contact person for implementing and executing the sourcing strategy within the commodity strategy for certain suppliers.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of purchasing processes.
- Independently manage and support material costreduction projects such as:
- Supplier changes
- Introduction of new product technologies
- Material modifications
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- 1- 2 years of professional experience in procurement or related field.
- SAP Module MM (advanced proficiency)
- MS Office (advanced proficiency)
- Strong ability to manage conflict situations effectively.
- Able to quickly adjust to new situations.
- Excellent analytical skills assertiveness and a proactive approach.
- Strong team player with effective time management skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset for problem-solving.
- Language skills:
- English and German (minimum C1 level).
- Any additional language is an advantage
