Rods Tire & Automotive a long-standing independently owned shop in Medina TN is seeking an outgoing and motivated Automotive Service Consultant. This role is based in Medina but we are actively recruiting in the Jackson TN market to attract top talent.

About the Role

What Youll Do

Greet and assist customers in person and by phone
Recommend repairs and services that meet customer needs
Communicate effectively with technicians to coordinate service
Keep customers informed on repair status and timing
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism

What Were Looking For

Strong sales and customer service skills (experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is helpful but not required)
Ability to connect with people and guide customers through service decisions
Organized reliable and self-motivated
Positive attitude and team player
