Job Summary

Batteries Plus is looking for a National Accounts Sales Coordinator to support our National Accounts customers Commercial Sales team and store this role youll help ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience through accurate order processing responsive communication and proactive problem-solving. Youll work closely with internal teams to manage sales programs resolve issues and maintain strong customer relationships that help power our nationwide partnerships.

What Youll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for store-level National Account inquiries.

  • Respond to customer questions about orders invoices returns and credits.

  • Enter and process orders quotes and returns with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Track shipments and update customers and stores on delivery status.

  • Monitor key performance metrics and follow up to resolve order or invoice issues.

  • Partner with internal teams and Accounting to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

  • Maintain and update customer agreements vendor forms and contract pricing in internal systems.

  • Prepare sales reports and assist the Commercial Sales team with cross-referencing products and data.

  • Support assigned projects and initiatives that enhance the customer and sales experience.

What Were Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in Business or related field preferred.

  • 13 years of experience in order management sales support or customer service.

  • Experience with commercial or retail sales environments preferred.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce Google Workspace Microsoft Office and order management systems.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
