Under the direction of a Food Service Manager theFood Service Supervisoris directly responsible for managing the daily operations of residential dining units as assigned. Units have their own full-time Food Service Assistants and are operated mostly by part-time student staff. All Full time and Part time staff report directly to the Team of Food Service Supervisors. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining units standards. These standards may include staff hiring payroll scheduling supervision of training inventory control product quality ordering and sanitation. Evening and weekend hours will be required for this position.
