Job Summary

Your Role: Youll lead DaVitas Lab Safety Program ensuring compliance with OSHA EPA and institutional regulations. From designing safety initiatives to driving cultural change youll be the go-to expert for environmental health and safety improvements.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills: Certified Safety Professional (CSP) 4 years of experience with EHS regulations (OSHA EPA) Bachelors degree in safety or environmental-related field Experience in a lab setting and chemical inventory management preferred (OSHA 30 certification is a plus!)

Required Skills:

Bachelors in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing. Masters Degree in Nursing or within 2 years. Current RN license or current license deemed acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing. LVAD/VAD ECMO 3 years clinical nursing experience of which 2 years must have been in a management capacity. *** Ideal Candidate: *** Ideal candidate will have a BSN and 2 years of leadership experience in cardiovascular services (charge nurse/nurse manager/director of nursing) leading VAD/LVAD and ECMO programs. *** MAKE SURE this is Listed on their resume.
