About the opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse to join the St Vincents Private Hospital Toowoomba team in our brand-new Community Palliative Care service. The role provides compassionate high-quality nursing care to patients with life-limiting illnesses in their homes or community settings. Focusing on symptom management emotional support and improving the quality of life for patients and their families the Clinical Nurse will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.

Things that work for us:

Registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as a Registered Nurse
Experience in a palliative care setting essential
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build a rapport with others quickly
Intermediate computer literacy
Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
QLD drivers licence with no restrictions
