We are looking for a highly experienced TestAutomation Engineer to join a Test Centre of Excellencesupporting large-scale programs in the Savingsand Protectiondomains. You will design build maintain and scale automated testingframeworks while training and supporting internal teams to elevate automationmaturity.

About the Role

You will define test automation strategiesconduct feasibility assessments perform ROI analyses and deliver robust testautomation solutions across complex platforms. This includes leadingdevelopment of automation frameworks maintaining test environments andensuring test execution is integrated in CI/CD pipelines.

This role also includes coaching team membersand spreading best practices in test automation.

Key Responsibilities

TestStrategy & Planning

Define automation test strategy & manageautomation roadmap

Plan rollout of automated test scripts andestimate budget/timelines

Run POCs to validate automation feasibility

Evaluate ROI and report on progress & risk

AutomationDevelopment & Execution

Translate business requirements into automatedtest scenarios (Gherkin)

Deliver automation for GUI testing using:

o Selenium (Java)

o WebdriverIO (JavaScript)

o Gherkin / Cucumber / Maven

Participate and contribute in 3 Amigos sessions

Integrate automation in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/ GitLab CI)

Build and maintain automation environments with Docker & Kubernetes

Troubleshoot debug and optimize test scriptsand frameworks

Analyse results provide Go/No-Go evidence &risk alerts

Coaching& Enablement

Train developers and junior QA engineers inautomation best practices

Mentor on Gherkin adoption

Stay up-to-date with industry tools and trends

Technical Requirements

>6years Test Automation experience

Proven expertise developing & maintainingGUI automation frameworks

Minimum2 years hands-on experience with:

o Selenium(Java)

o WebdriverIO(JavaScript)

o Gherkin/ Cucumber

o Jenkins

o Maven

o IntelliJ

Experience with:

o Postman& JSON

o Docker(image creation test envs)

o CI/CDpipeline creation

o ALMOctane

Ability to debug scripts and enhance testframeworks

Knowledge of test strategy risk analysis &reporting

Languages

English(required)
