The Role:

Develop CNC programmes for intricate and bespoke components
Collaborate with production and scheduling teams to meet critical deadlines
Maintain quality standards including proving out first-offs
Create detailed work instructions and setup sheets
Support operators in setup and prove-out of first-off parts

The Person:

Proven experience programming 3 & 5 Axis CNC machines
Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM and CNC programming techniques
Proficient in Hypermill 3 and 5 Axis
Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
