EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting a skilledCNC Grinderto join a precision engineering company located inNorth Nottingham working permanently.
Please note due to the nature of the markets our client supplies into all candidatesmust be UK residents; we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

- Days: Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday!

- Overtime is available at premium rates (x1.5 after 39 hours and x2 on Sundays)

Your responsibilities include:
- As a CNC Grinder the successful individual will be setting and operating CNC Cylindrical Grinding machines using Fanuc controls.
You will be working with state-of-the-art modern machinery in a busy and challenging environment
Successful applicants MUST be able to demonstrate:
- Previous CNC Grinding experience - Cylindrical
- Experience using Jones and Shipman Ultramats Kellenberger or Okomoto experience would be preferable.
- Ability to set and operate CNC Grinding machines using Fanuc controls
- Confident performing multiple setups per day
- Worked on small to medium-sized components
- Adhered to high standards and tight tolerances
- Capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Work well on their own or within a team
