Job Summary
Dominos Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented General Manager to lead our team at our 131 N Lincoln Dr location in Troy United States. As the General Manager youll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations ensuring exceptional customer service and driving profitability. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
- Oversee daily store operations including staffing inventory management and cash control
- Ensure compliance with all company policies procedures and food safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Manage and motivate a team of employees fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet business needs and control labor costs
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management
- Implement and oversee local marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with other store managers and corporate team members to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications :
- Proven leadership experience in food service or retail management
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills for effective cost control and profitability management
- Excellent multitasking abilities and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management and cash handling
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building customer loyalty
- Ability to create and manage staff schedules effectively
- Solid understanding of food service industry trends and best practices
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick sound decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management
- Experience in implementing and managing local marketing initiatives
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business or related field is a plus
