As a Mid-Level Technical Recruiter youll partner with hiring teams to scale our engineering organization ensuring we attract hire and retain top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
What Youll Do
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to closing ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Partner with hiring teams to understand their needs define hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Source and engage top engineering talent using creative approaches beyond traditional job boards.
Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience building long-term relationships and a strong talent pipeline.
Collaborate with Employer Branding and Marketing teams to support recruitment campaigns and events.
Use data to drive hiring decisions identifying blockers and optimizing processes for scalability.
Work closely with the People team to align hiring with onboarding talent mapping and compensation benchmarking.
