We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to support ongoing hiring needs on a per-placement commission basis. This role is fully remote and ideal for self-driven recruiters who are comfortable owning the end-to-end recruitment process and being rewarded directly for successful hires.
Tasks
- Source and attract qualified candidates using your own channels networks and tools.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong fit for both role and company.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers providing market insight and candidate feedback.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements
- Experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition partner preferably in a freelance or agency environment.
- Sourcing and screening skills across technical business or specialist roles.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple searches in parallel.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working on a results-driven performance-based compensation model.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
