Personal or Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal or Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a small community-oriented agency. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients in a supportive and personalized environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $45000 - $72000 (depending on experience) commission & bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Manage and service Personal Lines or Commercial Lines accounts with the opportunity to learn and transition between the two.
- Utilize agency management software to maintain accurate client records and process transactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients carriers and team members to resolve inquiries and provide solutions.
- Work independently and efficiently in a small team environment contributing to the agencys mission of personalized community-focused service.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with TAM software is preferred; willingness to learn Epic software is required.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A team player who thrives in a small collaborative environment.
