About the Role:
Join a high-volume payroll team responsible for accurate timely and compliant payroll execution. The Payroll Operations Coordinator helps manage employee time reporting audit payroll activity and supports payroll-related financial tasks.
Key Tasks:
- Prepare and enter payroll adjustments and exceptions.
- Verify timecard entries to ensure policy compliance.
- Address payroll issues and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile payroll deductions and support distribution of payroll funds.
- Assist with leave-of-absence pay situations and documentation review.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of payroll experience in a professional setting.
- Strong Excel and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with payroll regulations and data confidentiality standards.
Desired Experience:
- UKG/Kronos or PeopleSoft experience.
