The five-star Falkensteiner Family Resort Sicily on the islands southern coast captures the spirit of Sicily. Between golden beaches and the Valley of the Temples family-friendly suites and garden villas overlook the sea. Families relax in the Acquapura SPA play in 800 m² of Falkyland and come together over Sicilian flavours and Italian soul food.

Front Office Manager (m/f/d) starting May 2026
Your responsibilities:
- Management of the entire reception team
- First-class and cordial service for our international guests
- Active participation in all areas of reception
- Monitoring and ensuring smooth operations and compliance with Falkensteiner standards at all times
- Increasing category and additional sales
- Processing and control of outgoing invoices and cash register
- Professional handling of complaints on site
- Creating shift and vacation schedules for the front office
- Maintaining guests master data and the filing system in Apaleo
- Coordination with housekeeping
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Strong leadership skills and passionate hospitality
- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
- Good Microsoft Office skills Protel skills an advantage
- High level of service and strong quality awareness
- Business thinking
- Excellent communication skills and a confident and winning manner
- Authentic friendly and attentive
- Can-do attitude hands-on mentality and highly solution-oriented
- Team player
- Written and spoken English and Italian German is advantageous

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
