The role

• Full Time Fixed Term (until May 2026)
• Level 7 - $101421 to $110819 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
• Albury-Wodonga Bathurst Dubbo Orange Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga. Alternative locations / remote working also considered.

As the Senior Information Analyst you will deliver data-driven insights focused on student retention. Youll curate and analyse key metrics produce reports and guide strategic decisions to enhance student outcomes and track progress against institutional goals.

About you

• Advanced capability in data interpretation and strategic reporting
• Proficient in Excel SQL Tableau/Power BI and related analytical tools
• Skilled in translating complex data into clear actionable insights
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience within higher education and student retention highly regarded
