Job Summary
Were looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as a Tax Accountant! As a key member of the staff youll play a vital role in preparing and filing tax returns for individuals partnerships and trusts.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for partnerships trusts and individuals
- Handle estimated tax returns and annual franchise and license tax returns
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management
What We Look For:
- Bachelors degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of experience in tax preparation preferably with Federal and Multi-State income taxes
- Strong knowledge of partnership and individual income taxes as well as public accounting in tax
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook etc.) and ability to learn new software
Nice to Have:
- CPA License
