What Were Looking For

• Current NMC registration as an RGN (Adult) or RMN or Level 5 Health and Social Care.
• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or similar senior care leadership role.
• In-depth understanding of CQC compliance safeguarding and best practices in care delivery.
• Strong leadership communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience managing budgets and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all daily operations of the nursing home ensuring a safe supportive and engaging environment for residents.
• Oversee all aspects of clinical care ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and internal policies.
• Inspire mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
• Manage budgets occupancy and financial performance to ensure long-term sustainability.
• Build strong relationships with residents families and external professionals to promote transparent communication and trust.
• Continuously assess and improve the quality of care through regular audits and staff development.
