Cross Border Talents is urgently recruiting a Danish Speaking Sales Executive to drive growth for a major Google Ads project. This is a high-impact target-driven role where you will act as a strategic consultant shaping the online marketing success of clients across the EMEA region.
The Opportunity: Strategic Sales & Partnership
You will be crucial in expanding the clients customer base by building and nurturing relationships with Danish companies and agency partners. Your focus will be on delivering customized digital advertising strategies that maximize their Return on Investment (ROI).
- Role Focus: Strategic Consultancy Sales Target Achievement Client & Agency Partnership.
- Project: Google Ads Sales Executive role.
- Location: Hybrid position in Barcelona Spain (World Trade Center).
- Start Date: 27 October 2025 (URGENT)
What You Will Do
- Proactively engage with clients via phone video calls and email to build strong relationships.
- Provide strategic consultancy to maximize ROI on advertising investments using a quality consultative approach.
- Achieve challenging sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Promote additional digital marketing products and enhance client performance through customized strategies.
Your Expert Profile
- Languages: C2 level proficiency in Danish and a high level of English are mandatory.
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or online advertising is required.
- Skills: Strong communication time management and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Google products such as Ads AdSense or YouTube is a significant advantage.
- Mindset: Goal-oriented customer-focused team player who is passionate about marketing and technology.
Compensation & Immediate Benefits
- Compensation: Salary of 23500 - 24500 Euro Gross/Year plus an annual performance bonus of up to 3000 - 4000 Euro Gross/Year.
- Work Model: Full-time (39 hours/week) Hybrid role.
- IMMEDIATE RELOCATION PACKAGE: Includes Flight Ticket and Accommodation in a nice individual studio to ensure a smooth transition to Barcelona.
