This role will support our business development teams by maintaining accurate contact databases prospecting new leads scheduling meetings preparing customer reports and coordinating marketing-to-sales lead and prospect follow-up tasks aligned with global strategies.
What Youll Do
Keep our contact databases and hitlists accurate and up to date in Dynamics 365
Research and source new leads aligned with target markets
Send outreach emails and schedule meetings for the Business Development team
Conduct initial prospect research to support lead qualification
Prepare customer reports and actionable sales insights
Assist in creating discovery meeting materials for Business Development
Coordinate marketing-to-sales communications and follow-up tasks under global strategies
Adapt and localize marketing materials for your market
Work closely with telemarketing and BD teams to ensure smooth workflows
What You Bring
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to research and identify potential leads independently
Clear professional communication skills for outreach
Basic reporting and data handling skills using spreadsheets or CRM tools
A collaborative mindset and adaptability to support multiple tasks
