This role will support our business development teams by maintaining accurate contact databases prospecting new leads scheduling meetings preparing customer reports and coordinating marketing-to-sales lead and prospect follow-up tasks aligned with global strategies.

What Youll Do

  • Keep our contact databases and hitlists accurate and up to date in Dynamics 365
  • Research and source new leads aligned with target markets
  • Send outreach emails and schedule meetings for the Business Development team
  • Conduct initial prospect research to support lead qualification
  • Prepare customer reports and actionable sales insights
  • Assist in creating discovery meeting materials for Business Development
  • Coordinate marketing-to-sales communications and follow-up tasks under global strategies
  • Adapt and localize marketing materials for your market
  • Work closely with telemarketing and BD teams to ensure smooth workflows

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to research and identify potential leads independently
  • Clear professional communication skills for outreach
  • Basic reporting and data handling skills using spreadsheets or CRM tools
  • A collaborative mindset and adaptability to support multiple tasks
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn sales and marketing processes
