Cross Border Talents is seeking an ambitious and market-savvy Danish Speaker to step into a crucial Onboarding Account Manager role. You will be instrumental in launching high-potential future unicorn companies onto a game-changing Digital Marketing Ads platform across the dynamic Nordic market.
The Opportunity: Strategic Onboarding & Growth
This role is for a trusted advisor focused on client retention and campaign performance. You will be responsible for building strong relationships minimizing client churn and driving product adoption for a portfolio of new advertisers.
- Role Focus: Client Onboarding PPC Campaign Strategy Upselling and Spend Growth.
- Project: Google Ads Onboarding for the Nordic market.
- Location: Hybrid position in Barcelona Spain (Prime location at the World Trade Center).
- Start Date: 27 October 2025 (URGENT)
What You Will Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
- Proactively engage with clients via outbound calls to promote services and drive upselling opportunities.
- Set up strategic results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term sustainability.
- Manage a high volume of potential clients and maintain accurate customer data using CRM tools.
Your Expert Profile
- Languages: C2 level proficiency in Danish and C1 level proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 20 months of experience in sales and/or marketing with strong previous client-facing exposure.
- Education: BA/BS degree is required (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
- Nordic Market Understanding: A clear comprehension of the Nordic business etiquette and cultural nuances is crucial to build rapport and trust.
- Digital Skills: Demonstrated understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem ability to manage complex questions about ROI and platform integration and awareness of GDPR/data privacy regulations.

- Compensation: Salary of 23500 - 24500 Euro Gross/Year plus an annual performance bonus of up to 3000 - 4000 Euro Gross/Year.
