Role Overview

This is a full-cycle B2B sales role focused on acquiring and growing SMB construction customers in the DACH market.

You own the pipeline end-to-end:

  • Prospecting & cold calling (3h/day)

  • Qualification & needs analysis

  • Pricing and deal structuring (80K average deal size)

  • Closing within short sales cycles (days to weeks)

  • Growing customer book and repeat business

You collaborate closely with Procurement Logistics & Customer Success.

Mindset matters: high energy resilience ownership and hunger to win not a 9-to-5 role.

Key Responsibilities

Drive outbound sales campaigns (calls email outreach)
Build and scale a customer portfolio in DACH
Manage full sales cycle from first touch to close
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
Understand industry needs & propose smart solutions
Exceed KPIs & revenue targets (uncapped bonus)
Work side-by-side with an ambitious sales team in Berlin

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • Fluency in German (C2) strong English

  • Bachelors degree

  • Experience with B2B cold calling & outbound sales

  • High energy resilience and competitive mindset

  • Excited by a fast-paced performance-driven scale-up

  • Willing to work fully onsite in Berlin

Great to Have

  • Experience in startups or account management

  • Knowledge of construction or building materials industry
