About the role
Were looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead Dysons strategy and performance across major retail accountsparticularly MediaMarktfor our full portfolio of technology. Youll set the benchmark for account management guide a growing team and shape Dysons impact in the German market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning and driving the MediaMarkt account building senior-level relationships negotiating joint business plans and delivering sustained growth for all Dyson categories.
- Overseeing strategic annual plans for other major retail accounts ensuring Dyson and partner priorities translate into market-leading results.
- Leading coaching and developing two direct reports setting clear objectives and supporting their progression.
- Achieving ambitious sales and margin targetsusing expert forecasting data-driven promotional planning and rigorous budget management.
- Launching and executing high-profile campaigns and new technologies ensuring flawless experiences in-store and online.
- Upholding Dysons standards for premium brand execution and category leadership across all customer touchpoints.
- Collaborating closely with internal teamsmedia retail activation category managementto optimise ROI and drive shopper engagement.
- Presenting compelling business reviews proposals and growth plans to senior retail stakeholders.
- Expanding existing partnerships and uncovering new strategic business opportunities.
About you
- At least 6 years experience in sales or key account management with a record of success managing large retail accounts for technology or SDA products.
- Deep understanding of MediaMarkts business and proven ability to deliver growth through this channel.
- Experience managing and developing direct reports.
- Ambitious proactive and skilled at building high-trust partnerships.
- Structured approach combined with creative problem-solving and adaptability.
- Excellent networking influencing and negotiation skills at senior levels.
- Strong analytical acumen decisive and persuasive.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
