Our Sales team is growing and we are looking for our new

Key Account Manager South Germany

As our new Key Account Manager in South Germany (Bavaria) you have an unique opportunity to help establish Nordberg Medicals presence in the territory. You will be responsible for driving sales beginning with the product JULÄINE and maintaining relationships with targeted accounts in the assigned territory. Reporting to the General Manager for Germany & Austria you will work closely with the Sales Marketing and Medical Affairs teams to develop and implement sales strategies and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (primarily healthcare professionals). Additionally you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing product and technical support to customers.

You will mostly work on:

  • Promote and sell aesthetic products to physicians through face-to-face engagement and targeted messaging.
  • Build strong customer relationships and support both business and scientific needs.
  • Identify and develop new accounts and leads assess opportunities and drive territory growth.
  • Maintain updated customer profiles plans forecasts and track performance against KPIs.
  • Analyse market and competitor data to identify opportunities and stay informed.
  • Collaborate with marketing on materials and initiatives; deliver sales presentations and demos.
  • Support training events develop product advocates and participate in conferences as needed.
  • Submit timely reports and assist with special projects as assigned.

This role will be field-based and regular attendance for group meetings is required. The position will be full-time permanent employment with a preferred location in Munich.
