A rapidly expanding privately held organization with multiple business ventures is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and executive leadership team. This individual will act as a trusted partner and right hand to the CEOanticipating needs maintaining alignment across priorities and ensuring that leadership is consistently positioned for success.

Executive Support & Communication
Manage complex calendars coordinate meetings and ensure the CEO and leadership team are fully prepared for all engagements.
Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external inquiries exercising sound judgment and professionalism in every interaction.
Draft and edit correspondence presentations and communications on behalf of executives while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Operational Coordination & Project Management
Lead and support cross-functional initiatives and ad-hoc projects ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
Track and manage key priorities follow-ups and deliverables to keep initiatives moving forward.
Plan and coordinate internal and client-facing events team meetings and off-sites handling logistics and communications from start to finish.
Organizational Administration
Maintain an organized and efficient office environment overseeing budgets vendor relationships and office supply management.
Support onboarding processes for new employees and maintain up-to-date personnel and HR-related documentation.
Anticipate operational needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and systems.
7 years of experience supporting senior executives (CEO President or Founder) in a dynamic fast-moving organizationpreferably in a growth-stage or entrepreneurial setting.
Exceptional organizational time-management and prioritization skills with an ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities with a focus on clarity follow-through and professionalism.
High degree of integrity discretion and judgment when handling confidential information.
Proactive and resourceful problem solver who can work independently with minimal oversight.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook Teams) and adept at managing complex scheduling and virtual collaboration tools.
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
