Join our team as a Remote Travel Planner and play an important role in helping clients plan their perfect vacations. This position is ideal for individuals who love travel enjoy helping others and thrive in a remote environment. You will assist clients with trip planning coordinate bookings and provide excellent service from start to finish all while learning about incredible destinations around the world.

Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing customized travel itineraries for individuals couples and families.
Manage travel arrangements including flights accommodations and activities.
Provide timely communication and professional guidance to clients.
Maintain accurate records of bookings payments and client preferences.
Stay informed about travel trends supplier offers and destination highlights.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth coordination and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home.
Basic computer and internet proficiency.
Prior travel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
