Job Summary
Customer Support Advisor (German-speaking) Remote from Turkey
Do you speak fluent German and want to work remotely from Turkey as part of an international support team

What Youll Do
- Provide support to German-speaking customers via phone email and chat
- Resolve inquiries related to digital products and services
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service quality
What Were Looking For
- Native-level German speaker
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service support or other client-facing roles
- Strong communication skills and technical understanding
- Organized proactive and able to work independently
- Based in Turkey with valid work authorization
