Job Summary

German-Speaking Customer Support (Remote in Turkey)

Start Date: 21 November 2025

We are hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a global customer experience leader supporting clients through digital interaction channels. The role is remote based in Turkey offering stability growth and an excellent benefits package.

Work schedules follow seasonal shifts: 09:0018:00 or 15:0000:00 (possibly 16:0001:00) with final confirmation before onboarding. Each day includes a 30minute lunch break and three 15minute short breaks plus two rotational days off per week.

Training spans 10 business days from 10:00 to 19:00 held remotely via Microsoft Teams to ensure full preparation for live client support.

You will receive a net salary of 33000 TL per month along with a Quality Bonus of up to 10% a Meal Card (Pluxee) worth 4500 TL and Private Health Insurance (Maphre ÖSS). New hires in 2025 also enjoy a Welcome Bonus of 10000 TL upon joining.

Important Notes: This position does not provide relocation or visa support. Former employees are welcome to reapply if they have left the company at least three months prior.
