Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated German-speaking Sales Representative to join the team of a leading global retail company.
In this role you will engage with customers to identify their needs promote products and ensure excellent service through effective communication and relationship management.
Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday: 07:00 21:00 (rotational shifts)
-
Sunday: 09:00 21:00 (rotational shifts 1 to 2 weekends per month except in exceptional cases)

Days off: 2 rotational days per week
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions in German and English.

Promote and sell products and services ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify sales opportunities and upsell or cross-sell where appropriate.
-
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Work collaboratively with team members in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Requirements
-
Fluent in German and proficient in English (both written and spoken).

Proven experience in sales or a strong sales-oriented mindset (mandatory).

Previous experience in contact center or customer service is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Able to work effectively under pressure and meet performance goals.

Base salary:competitive
