About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative fluent in Dutch to join our support team in this full-time on-site position you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries resolving issues providing accurate information about products and services and helping ensure a positive experience for every customer. Youll be part of a collaborative team where quality responsiveness and clear communication are key.

- Native or fluent Dutch with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident English communication for internal collaboration and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills patience and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks stay organized and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
