Responsibilities

Review and score customer service interactions
Provide clear performance insights and coaching
Support process and compliance improvements
Report findings and trends to leadership
Work closely with cross-functional teams

Requirements

Native/fluent Dutch speaker with English (B2) proficiency
Great attention to detail and analytical mindset
Communication and feedback delivery skills
Prior QA or customer service experience preferred

Conditions

Work from office (shuttle or transport allowance provided)
Base salary 1650 9.13/day meal allowance
