Location: Lisbon Portugal

This is an excellent opportunity for Italian-speaking professionals experienced in customer service and sales-oriented roles to join a leading global client in Lisbon.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor you will provide professional support to clients through inbound and outbound communications assisting them with inquiries troubleshooting issues and improving their sales performance. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills a proactive sales approach and the ability to deliver a positive customer experience consistently.
Work Schedule:
From Monday to Sunday working on rotative shifts:
08:00 17:00 or 09:00 18:00
Two rotating days off per week
At a later stage (TBC by the client): 24/7 rotation Monday to Sunday
Work Model: On-site (Lisbon office)
Compensation:
Base salary: 1000 gross x 14 months
Welcome bonus: 100 gross x 11 months (paid over the first 12 months)
Meal allowance: 7.23 per day
Transport allowance: 20 per month
Braga position bonus: 20 x 12 months (only applicable for Braga-based hires)
Important note on Welcome Bonus:
Starting with hires from 1st September onwards the Welcome Bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year. Each instalment is conditional on maintaining less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the previous month. This should not be presented as part of the fixed monthly salary package.

Requirements:
Native or near-native fluency in Italian and good command of English (B2)
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or support preferably within telesales account management or customer success roles
Solid sales awareness and ability to influence seller success mandatory requirement
Candidates must not have previously worked for ByteDance in any capacity (LOB BPO or country)
