Job Summary
Work Setup: Onsite (Clark Pampanga)
Shift: Shifting Schedules
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate service specific data for analysis.
- Participate in SLA compliance review compliance with service delivery plans service continuity and capacity management plan.
- Service level management and reporting.
- Information security compliance.
- Compliance with IT asset management policy.
- Participate in audits to ensure smooth functioning of the assigned IT service to facilitate organization and department level initiatives.
- Ensure that customers are provided with efficient IT Service Support within prescribed guidelines.
Requirements:
- BACHELORS - COMPUTER SCIENCE IT ENGINEERING or any related course
- 7 YEARS Experience in IT NETWORKING and SYSTEMS
- With experience as people managers
- Preferably with extensive computer network experience / system / database admin
- Cisco Certified (CCNA CCNP EVEN IF EXPIRED)
- EXTENSIVE HANDS ON EXPERIENCE WITH CISCO DEVICES ROUTERS SWITCHES
- Proven track record in running routine system operational reports including evaluation and maintenance of various IT infrastructure
- Has experience in overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects. Must have extensive network experience as he/she will be tasked to identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
