Key Responsibilities:
- Identify qualify and nurture leads across AEC verticals (GCs subcontractors architects fabricators)
- Develop and execute outbound campaigns using AI-enhanced tools for cold emails and calls
- Personalize outreach at scale using platforms like Clay Apollo Lavender or similar
- Collaborate with leadership to refine ICPs messaging frameworks and conversion strategies
- Maintain and optimize CRM workflows tracking engagement and pipeline velocity
- Research market trends bid cycles and strategic entry points for intelligent resourcing
- Support proposal development and client onboarding with tailored insights and documentation.
Qualifications:
- 8 years in business development sales or outreach preferably in AEC BPO or technical services.
- Proven success in lead generation and outbound strategy.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for email personalization call scripting and workflow automation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsable to speak credibly to technical and operational stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot GHL Zoho etc.).
- Self-starter mindset with a bias for action experimentation and continuous improvement
