Job Summary

- Official designation: ACMS-7 Claims Expert (CP S-03a S-03b) (SC)

- Brief outline of Terms of Reference (TOR):

1. Manage claims matters and disputes arising for CP s-03a include but will not be limited to Extension of Time and Cost Claims submitted by the Contractor pursuant to Sub-clause 20.1 and other relevant provisions of the Contract. These will include both EOT and Cost Claims.

2. Manage DB related matters for CP S-03a S-03b.

3. Report to Senior Claims Expert (Chief Contract-Financial Manager until SCE is appointed) on all claims and DB related matters for CP S-03a S-03b.

4. Maintain close coordination with Contract Manager (CP S-03a S-03b) for gathering assessment of claims correspondences preparation of Engineers determinations and finalization of positions papers for the DB.
