Job Summary

We are looking for Part time Freelance for below Servicenow requirment ( Daily 3 hours )

Requirment : Relevant ServiceNow exp should be 7 yrs

Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow Employee Experience Suite
Ensures infrastructure designs and upgrades are made in accordance with established ITIL standards
Collaborate with HR IT and Facilities teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Build and maintain employee journeys case management workflows and self-service portals.
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer UI Builder and Script Includes.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and internal tools to support seamless employee experiences.
Ensure platform performance scalability and security best practices.
Participate in Agile development cycles including sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
Provide technical documentation and user training as needed.
