Rate of Pay: 20.00 - 25.36 per hour
Summary:
The Anti-Social Behaviour Officer will be responsible for managing and resolving reports of anti-social behaviour across Enfields communities with a focus on improving resident safety well-being and neighbourhood quality of life. The role involves end-to-end case management risk assessment multi-agency partnership working and the use of appropriate informal and formal interventions including legal enforcement action where necessary. The post holder will work directly with residents victims community groups and partner agencies to support vulnerable individuals reduce harm and promote safe and cohesive neighbourhoods.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of anti-social behaviour cases from first report through to resolution including legal remedies where appropriate.
- Assess and monitor risk ensuring victims and vulnerable parties receive appropriate safeguarding support and referrals.
- Use an incremental and proportionate approach when managing ASB cases in line with statutory frameworks and local policy.
- Work proactively with internal and external partners including Police Housing Teams Community Safety Social Care and support services to resolve ASB issues.
- Attend partnership meetings community engagement sessions case conferences and multi-agency forums as required.
Required Experience:
- Experience managing anti-social behaviour community safety housing or safeguarding-related casework.
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults or individuals experiencing domestic abuse.
- Experience working in a customer-facing or community support environment.
- Experience working collaboratively with internal and external agencies.
