Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven German-speaking Account Manager Executive to join our dynamic Sales team. This role is crucial for managing and growing our client base within the high-tech industry. The position offers a hybrid work model in Barcelona Malaga or Valencia or fully remote from other locations within Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships with our German-speaking clients primarily via phone and digital channels.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets by proactively identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling to existing accounts.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline from initial lead qualification through to successful deal closure.
  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our high-tech products/services to effectively communicate value propositions and tailored solutions to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends market activities and competitors to position our offerings effectively.
  • Reporting: Accurately track sales activities update customer information and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports using our CRM system.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • Language Proficiency:

    • Bilingual German (C2) is mandatory.
    • B2 English is required for internal communication and documentation.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Sales (Inside Sales Account Management Business Development etc.).
  • Legal Status: Must possess a valid Spanish Residence Card or European Union (EU) ID that permits working in Spain.
  • High-Tech Interest: A strong interest in or prior exposure to the High-Tech IT or Telecommunications industry is a significant advantage.
  • Skills: Proven negotiation communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills. Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.

Work Environment & Logistics

  • Work Schedule: 39 hours per week Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00 (with scheduled breaks).
  • Location:

    • Hybrid in our offices in Barcelona Malaga or Valencia.
    • Fully Remote from any other location within Spain.
  • Equipment: All necessary work equipment will be provided by the company (laptop headset monitor etc.).
