We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us attract hire and retain the best talent in the industry.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the companys staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and source screen and select the most qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media networking and referrals to identify and attract potential candidates.

- Screen resumes and applications conduct phone and in-person interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide them with feedback and recommendations on candidates.

- Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates.

- Manage the candidate experience by keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.

- Develop and maintain relationships with universities organizations and other recruitment sources to build a pipeline of potential candidates.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and implement them in the hiring process.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in a manufacturing or distribution company.

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.

- Strong knowledge of different recruitment methods and tools.

- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

- Fluency in English and Arabic.
