Were hiring a Customer Experience Consultant to join our team in Ashdod! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to the transport and logistics industry even if youre just starting out. Whether youre someone with no prior logistics experience or exploring a career change were interested in people who are adaptable eager to learn and ready to grow.
What Youll Do:
Deliver a positive customer experience by ensuring smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle
Understand customer needs and go the extra mile to provide tailored solutions
Communicate proactively to align expectations and resolve issues
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Promote digital tools and support process improvements
Who Were Looking For:
Mindset: Agile proactive and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Skills: Detail-oriented organized and commercially aware
Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
Languages: Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
Experience: We welcome candidates with transferrable skills from client-facing roles such as customer service retail hospitality or sales
